Badge of Honour

We all deserve a badge of honour

For surviving each day

For being a friend to that toxic person

For being a sibling to that miserable sibling

For being a child to a sad family

For being an orphan in a lonely world

For falling in love with that sweet soul

For living in solitude because no one's there

For being the provider for an entire family

For being a believer and for not believing

For being a little spark of light in darkness

For holding on and hoping for better

For being a sweet soul in a sore house

For being the promise child to your mother

For dancing under the rain while in pain

For being a smart person among dummies

For living with humans

Somehow we've all been through hell

We come out stronger daily

We certainly all deserve a badge of honour

Everyone's been amazing thus far!!!
